Confirmit Support

Confirmit Technical Support is ready to help you get going!

Confirmit Web Support Center puts you in control. From the center you can check the status of your requests, review them, add comments, check all previous requests, post new support requests, etc. All your requests will be registered in your account at the Support Center, given that your email dispatch address is the same. This will happen even if you post requests to support@confirmit.com from outside the Center. You will always receive a receipt notification including a link to the request.

Standard Support Hours

Depending on the terms in place in your company’s agreement with Confirmit, support requests will be handled as follows:

  • Europe: 8am – 5pm Central European Time (CET), from Monday to Friday, with the exclusion of New Year’s Day; Good Friday; Easter Monday; Christmas Day; and Boxing Day.
  • USA: 9am – 8pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), from Monday to Friday, with the exclusion of New Year’s Day; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Presidents’ Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving day; Friday following Thanksgiving day; and Christmas Day.
