Excluding PII When Sending Email Alerts




It is common to send out email alerts from within Confirmit surveys using “email” objects. This is done when certain conditions are met, such as a respondent requesting direct contact, or answering a satisfaction question under a certain threshold etc. It should be noted that these emails are sent out by the system without encrypting the contents of the email. Additionally, once the email is sent, it cannot be recalled or altered by the system. Confirmit’s Personal Data (PII) Cleaning functionality cannot alter or delete email that has already been sent.
