Support Center Overview

Our aim is to serve you better, and we believe this center will enable us to do that. Confirmit Technical Support is ready to help you!

Overview

Confirmit Web Support Center puts you in control. From the center you can check the status of your requests, review them, add comments, check all previous requests, post new support requests, etc. All your requests will be registered in your account at the Support Center, given that your email dispatch address is the same. This will happen even if you post requests to support@confirmit.com from outside the Center. You will always receive a receipt notification including a link to the request..

Services

We offer Support Services to all authorized users at our current consultancy rates. Designated Support Contacts (DSCs) are eligible to receive Standard Support. This covers general functionality assistance with any of Confirmit's standard solutions, such as help with producing surveys and reports. This includes survey layout, respondent handling, skip logic and code masks, template preparation, validations and error code interpretations.

Assistance beyond that included in Standard Support is considered an “Additional Service” and is subject to our prevailing rates. Additional Services may include Jscript/HTML/SQL assistance, checking and editing of respondent lists, programming of surveys or reports, quality assurance of programming, and support of customer solutions developed by Confirmit. Office hours

Europe: 8am – 5pm Central European Time (CET), from Monday to Friday, with the exclusion of New Year’s Day; Good Friday; Easter Monday; Christmas Day; and Boxing Day.

USA: 9am – 8pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), from Monday to Friday, with the exclusion of New Year’s Day; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Presidents’ Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans Day; Thanksgiving day; Friday following Thanksgiving day; and Christmas Day.

Australia: 9 am – 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), from Monday to Friday, with the exclusion of New Year’s Day; Australia Day; Good Friday; Easter Monday; Anzac Day; Queen’s Birthday; Labour Day; Christmas Day; and Boxing Day.
