Confirmit's program for technical upgrade assistance has been developed to allow our server customers to choose the extent to which they want Confirmit to participate and take responsibility for the upgrade process, when upgrading to a new version of Confirmit Horizons. The options available are described .

Confirmit does not offer traditional market research assistance (e.g. questionnaire wording, evaluation of market research methods, data analysis, marketing consultancy). Our partners however do. Contact us at the address above for information!
All consultancy services are payable, and subject to personnel availability.
Technical Upgrade Options
- You are planning to perform the upgrade on your own.
Although Confirmit will put its best effort to it, we cannot guarantee that personnel will be available for you immediately if you encounter in any problems during the upgrade.
Assistance you may require will be invoiced at the current hourly rate for technical consulting.
You are planning to perform the upgrade on your own with Confirmit Technical Services standby to assist you over the phone.
To secure that a dedicated Consultant is available for you to be reached over the phone, please specify the day and timeframe you would like him to be available. We will get back to you to agree on the timing, as well as to provide you with name and number.
Standby-time will be invoiced at 50% of our current hourly rate for technical consulting. Assistance will be invoiced at the current hourly rate for technical consulting.
You are planning to let Confirmit perform the upgrade by Remote Access.
This is possible granted that remote access is provided to Confirmit. If this is currently not set up, we will contact you within a few days in order to assess feasibility and timing. Please specify day and time on which you would like to have the upgrade performed. We will get back to you to agree on the timing.
Assistance for establishing Remote Access and for the Upgrade will be invoiced at our current hourly rate for technical consulting.
You would like to have a Confirmit engineer onsite to do the Upgrade.
Please specify the day on which you would like to have the upgrade performed. Also specify anything else you would like our consultant to go through while on site. We will get back to you to agree on the timing.
Assistance will be invoiced at our current hourly rate for technical consulting for minimum of one working day (8 hours). Travel time is invoiced at 50% of the rate. Travel costs are invoiced at cost.
